Order Timescales

Due to the intricate and time consuming nature of many of these hand crafted items delivery timescales can be anywhere between 3 and 12 weeks. The more simple items, such as some earrings, bracelets and hairpins are at the shorter end of the timescale, the more involved designs and bespoke orders longer. Your ‘order start date’ commences from the day payment is received and/or all required information such as colours/dimensions etc is received. If you are at all concerned about receiving an item in time, please get in touch before placing your order, I will always do my very best to accommodate rush orders at no extra cost.

Delivery, Postage & Packing

Your accessory item will arrive carefully wrapped in acid free tissue paper with a special anti-tarnish patch and care instructions, inside a beautiful keepsake box.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, Monday to Friday is standard and charged at £8.00. Saturday delivery can also be selected at check out, this service is charged at £12.00. Please be sure to provide a secure and convenient address as a signature is required, sometimes a work address is best. These services provide appropriate insurance for high value items.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Please choose your item(s) carefully and feel free to email with any questions prior to purchasing. Returns can only be accepted on items ordered without any alterations to the original design. They must be returned within 14 days of receipt (and not after your wedding date) in their original packaging and condition. Please email or call in advance of any return. I strongly advise that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery for your return and cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged parcels. As long as all these requirements are met, a full refund, less the original p&p, or exchange can be arranged. In relation to bespoke design orders and earrings no refunds or exchanges are possible.

International Customers

Please purchase your piece at least 3 months prior to the date you will need your order to arrive. Shipping may take between 2 to 4 weeks. All parcels are subject to customs. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and not Victoria Fergusson Accessories. Parcels cannot be marked as "gifts" on customs documents so please do not request this.

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Air Sure. This service costs £15.00 and must be selected in the drop down menu at checkout.
