The accessories ‘try at home’ service
Not a new idea, but something previously only arranged when brides have contacted me and started a conversation. The ‘try at home’ service is now part of the Victoria Fergusson Accessories experience. With retail shopping as we know it currently so disrupted, I hope this will make it easier for you to find those all important finishing touches for your wedding day. Please be assured that your safety is upmost in my mind and accessories will be quarantined between bookings.
This service is here for you to make it all the more easy to experience my accessories up close and personal, to appreciate their intricate detail, colour, scale and versatility. What is more, it makes it possible for you to try them with your dress, either at home or at a fitting, meaning you can be absolutely sure you will make the right choice. You might even take them to your hair trial.

How it works : terms & conditions
Make your short list of desired samples to borrow from the Victoria Fergusson Accessories studio, maximum of 5. The loan deposit is 50% of the item value and applies to all items borrowed. Minimum deposit payable on a single item is £90.00. The deposit can be paid by bacs or a paypal invoice issued.
The samples are on loan to you for one week maximum, for the dates of your choosing, according to availability of the designs.
Items must be returned by the agreed date, in the original packaging and in the same condition. You, the borrower agrees to pay the shipping fees in both directions, using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
I hope that you will fall in love with the accessories and choose one of the designs for your special day. In this event the loan deposit will be applied to your order and any adjustment refund made if applicable. You can then look forward to receiving your brand new accessory. In the event you don’t place an order after the loan, your deposit will be refunded.
Any items found to be damaged on return may incur a damage fee. Any lost items will be charged for in full
